Superbills for out-of-network benefits

For any plan we're not in-network with, superbills are available upon request. A superbill is a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company yourself for potential reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits.

Tip

Before your first session, we recommend calling your insurance to ask about coverage for occupational therapy, any required referrals, and your out-of-network reimbursement rate.
